The Recipe
- Ground beef with 20% fat — 120g (4 oz) per burger
- Plancha heated to 230°C+ (450°F+)
- Flat wooden spatula or burger press
Heat the plancha for 15 minutes. Place the meat ball, press firmly for 10 seconds. 90 seconds per side — no more. Serve on a toasted bun with American cheese.
