• Lifetime warranty on ceramics
• 10-year warranty on stainless steel accessories
• 5 years on all other parts
• 1 year on the dome thermometer

Slow 'N Sear® Kettle

• Bowl and lid: 10 years (against rust and burn-through)
• Ash cleaning system: 5 years (against rust and burn-through)
• Plastic components: 5 years (not including fading or discoloration)
• Side shelf: 5 years (against rust, not including fading or discoloration)
• All other parts: 2 years
• 1 year on the cover (sold separately)

Other SnS Grills Products

We provide a limited warranty to the original purchaser on durable products.

Warranty Coverage:

• 10-year warranty against rust (on 430/304 stainless steel and porcelain products)
• 10-year warranty on welds (including Slow 'N Sear, Drip 'N Griddle, EasySpin models, and more)
• 3 years on rivets (including self-replacement with a bolt and nut)
• 2-year warranty on chrome-plated grates

Exclusions and Warranty Voidance:

• Commercial use
• Normal wear and tear or improper use
• Accidental damage or cosmetic defects
• Failure to follow operating instructions
• Unauthorized modifications or self-repair attempts
• Products purchased in the USA and taken abroad — warranty is voided
