Slow 'N Sear® is a patented product that turns a round charcoal grill into a professional smoker and searing oven. It divides the grill into two heat zones — direct and indirect — enabling slow cooking, smoking and Reverse Sear.
Slow 'N Sear concentrates the charcoal on one side of the grill and creates a water reservoir on the other. The charcoal burns slowly from one side to the other, providing a stable temperature of 107-135°C for hours.
Both are designed for 22-inch (57 cm) grills. Deluxe is the advanced model with larger charcoal capacity and an improved water reservoir for extended cooking. Original is the classic model of the same size. For 18-inch (47 cm) grills like the Travel Kettle, a separate charcoal basket without a water divider is used.
Both Slow 'N Sear Deluxe and Original fit any 22-inch (57 cm) round Kettle grill including Weber, SNS Grills and others. For 18-inch (47 cm) grills, a separate charcoal basket is used.
Easy cleaning — burn off the residue at high heat, then wipe with a brass brush. You can also wash with hot water and soap. The stainless steel is corrosion-resistant and makes cleaning easier.
