1. General

1.1. Use of the website in any form is subject to these terms of use (hereinafter: the "Terms").

The current version will be published on the website and shall be binding from the moment of publication. Continued use of the website after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

1.7. The provisions of these Terms take precedence over any representations, publications, information, or other terms appearing on the website and/or in any other media, in the event of a discrepancy.

1.8. Website content and applications may also be displayed through additional communication channels (email, social media, mobile applications, etc.). These Terms apply, with necessary modifications, to the use of such content on any channel or platform.

1.9. Website content may be translated into other languages by automatic or other means of translation. In the event of a conflict between the Hebrew version and a version in another language, the Hebrew version shall prevail.

2.3. Any transaction for a product and/or service made through the website shall be considered a direct transaction between the user and the Company, in accordance with the details provided at the time of the order.

2.4. Product and/or service images on the website are for illustration purposes only. There may be some differences between the image and the actual product.

3. Users

3.1. Use of the website is permitted for persons over 18 years of age who have legal capacity, hold an active email address, and possess a valid payment method recognized in Israel.

3.2. The Company reserves the right at any time to restrict or block access to the website, in whole or in part, for any user at its sole discretion.

4. Purchase Process

4.1. Purchasing products on the website is done by selecting a product, clicking "Buy," "Add to Cart," or a similar button, filling out a form with personal details and payment information, and accepting the Terms.

4.2. The user is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. If incorrect details are entered, the Company does not guarantee delivery of the product to the intended destination.

4.3. After completing the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided, including the order details.

4.4. Products will be delivered through external shipping companies and/or other delivery methods at the Company's discretion.

4.5. The range of products, quantities, and stock availability may change from time to time. The Company is not obligated to maintain a permanent stock of all products listed on the website.

5. Prices

5.1. The price displayed on the website for each product and/or service includes VAT, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5.2. Unless otherwise clearly stated, prices do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be specified at checkout.

5.3. The Company reserves the right to update product, service, and shipping prices from time to time without prior notice. The binding price is the price displayed on the website at the time the order is completed.

5.4. Nothing on the website constitutes a commitment by the Company that prices are the lowest available on the market.

6. Cancellation and Returns

6.1. General provisions — cancellation of a transaction shall be carried out in accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010.

6.3. Cancellation deadlines:

6.3.1. Purchase of goods (physical products) — up to 14 days from the date of receiving the product or receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later.

6.3.2. Purchase of a service — up to 14 days from the date of the transaction or receiving the disclosure document, whichever is later, provided the cancellation is made at least two business days before the service is provided.

6.4. Cancellation — person with disability, senior citizen, or new immigrant:

A customer who is a person with a disability, senior citizen, or new immigrant (oleh chadash) may cancel a transaction within four months from the date of the transaction or receipt of the product. The Company may request supporting documentation.

6.5. Consequences of cancellation:

6.5.1. Cancellation due to a defect, non-conformity, or delivery delay — the Company will refund the full amount within 14 days.

6.5.2. Cancellation at the customer's initiative without a defect — the Company will refund the amount within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee in accordance with the law.

7. Shipping

7.1. Shipping terms, including costs, delivery zones, timeframes, and shipping options, are specified on the website and may change from time to time.

7.2. Products will be delivered through external shipping companies and/or Israel Post and/or other methods as determined by the Company.

7.3. In some areas, delivery may be made to a central pickup point.

7.4. Circumstances beyond the Company's control (delays, strikes, extreme weather, security events, etc.) may cause delivery delays. The Company shall not be liable for indirect damages resulting from such delays.

8. Return of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Batteries

If the Company sells electrical or electronic equipment and/or batteries on the website, the provisions of the Treatment of Electrical and Electronic Equipment and Batteries Law, 5775-2012 shall apply.

9. Privacy and Data Security

12.3. In areas with entry restrictions, the delivery person may coordinate a reasonable meeting point outside the restricted area.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

13.1. The use of the website, these Terms, and any dispute arising therefrom shall be governed exclusively by Israeli law.

13.2. Exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute related to the website shall be vested in the competent courts of the Tel Aviv-Jaffa district.

13.3. The provisions of this section shall also apply to users who are not residents or citizens of Israel.
