14 Days to Cancel an Order

In accordance with the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the product (or from the date of the transaction, if the product has not yet been shipped).

• The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use
• All parts and included accessories must be returned
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or receipt)

How to Return a Product

• Email us at snsgrillsisrael@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return
• We will send you instructions and a return address
• Pack the product in its original packaging
• Ship the product within 7 days of receiving confirmation

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the product, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days.

• For cancellations under the law, a cancellation fee of up to 5% of the product price or 100 ILS (whichever is lower) may apply
• Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer
• If a defect or error on our part is found, a full refund including shipping will be issued

Received the wrong product or want to exchange? Email us at snsgrillsisrael@gmail.com and we will find the best solution.

What Cannot Be Returned

• Products with signs of use, soot, or grease
• Products without original packaging
• Consumable materials (charcoal, spices)

Damage During Shipping

If the product arrived damaged, photograph the damage and the packaging and send it to us within 48 hours. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund.
