BBQ for me is so much more than food. It is the atmosphere: fire, the smell of smoke, good people around the grill, and that moment when you realize — "this is it. This is why we gathered."

Over the years I tried countless types of grills — from the simplest to large professional models, including Argentine-style grills, smokers, and kettle grills. But something was always missing. Sometimes too limited, sometimes too complicated, and sometimes the results were just inconsistent. I wanted one solution — one that is easy to use every day and still delivers truly great results.

Then I stumbled upon SNS on YouTube. It caught my attention not because of marketing, but because of the feeling that this was a product built for people who actually cook and want control.

I started with a Slow 'N Sear from Amazon. It was not cheap, especially with shipping and taxes, but from the very first use I understood why it was worth it. Suddenly I had real control over the heat, the temperature became predictable, and the results started coming out consistent.

Then I also bought an SNS grill. It was very expensive, mainly because with the box it weighs over 30 kg, and when you ship heavy items like that from Amazon, the shipping and taxes sometimes cost more than the product itself. But again — it was worth it. That grill gave me confidence, and I started making dishes I never dreamed of before, with great control over long periods of time.

And then a question came to mind — how is it possible that products like these are still not sold properly in Israel? I come from the tech world, not sales, but I realized that if it made such a difference for me, there must be many more BBQ enthusiasts looking for exactly this.

I reached out to SNS and discovered they did not yet have a representative in the country. So I decided to change that and started bringing SNS products to Israel.
